This guide will help you correctly configure and connect your Instagram accounts to PostBoost.
To ensure correct configuration, make sure the following requirements from Instagram/ Facebook/ Meta are met to connect to PostBoost:
- Instagram account is a Business account or Creator Account
- Instagram account must be connected to a Facebook Page
Step-by-step Guide
This is a step-by-step guide on connecting your Instagram account to PostBoost. Before following these steps, make sure the 2 requirements above have been met:
Step 1. Click Connect on the Instagram integration in the Integrations tab.
Step 2. Click Connect in the popup - this will redirect you to Facebook to authorize access.
Step 3. Make sure you're signed into your Facebook account and click Continue.
Step 4. Select the Facebook Pages (connected to your Instagram account) OR if you aren't sure then select "Opt in to all current and future Pages".
Step 5. Select the Facebook Businesses OR if you aren't sure then select "Opt in to all current and future Businesses".
Step 6. Select the Instagram accounts you'd like to connect to PostBoost.
Step 7. Click Save to confirm your selected Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Step 8. Finally click Got it, you will be redirected to PostBoost's Integration page.
Step 9. You will now see your connected Instagram accounts. If you have connected multiple accounts, you can view all of your accounts by clicking View accounts.
